1.) IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ON-LINE ACCOUNT: On the home page, enter your zip code if you are a new customer. You will now have to update your delivery zone: Choose Delivery area 1 if any of the following apply:
- You live south of the Beltline
- You live east of Bertelson
- You live west if I-5
Choose Delivery area 2 if any of the following apply:
- You live between Bertelson & Terry
- You live between the Beltline & Irvington OR the Beltline & Wilkes
- You live between the Beltline & Ayres Road
- You live between I-5 & Game Farm Road OR I-5 & Pioneer Parkway
Choose Delivery area 3 if any of the following apply:
- You live west of Terry
- You live north of Irvington
- You live north of Ayres Road
- You live east of Game Farm Road or Pioneer Parkway
**We do not deliver farther east than Pioneer Parkway**
IF YOU DO HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT: If you have ordered with us before, simply log-in with your user name and password to access the "Online Ordering" page. From here you can hit the "Place an Order" button on the left side of the screen. You will now be asked to "Select a delivery location for a NEW
ORDER." If there is no physical address listed there for your location,
you must click "edit locations" and add your address. Once you have
filled out the entire form and hit "update," you will be sent back to
the "Edit Delivery Locations" page. Here you need to click "Place an order"
on the left-hand side of your screen, and than you will be able to
actually select your delivery location.
2.) Now choose your delivery time. You can either have your food delivered as soon as possible, or arrange for a future delivery time.
3.) Now choose the restaurant you would like to order from by clicking on the restaurant name. If you would just like to view the restaurant menu, click on "View Menu."
4.) Once you have chosen a restaurant, you will notice that food categories are on the left side of the screen. If you select any of these, that categories items will appear on the screen.
5.) To choose an item, simply click on it's name. You will than be asked to edit that item by choosing how many you want, the correct size, type of bread, etc. You can also add any specific comments for that item. Than hit "Add to Order." You will be brought back to the main screen where you can choose more items.
6.) You will notice that all the items you add to your order will total along the right-hand side of your screen.
7.) When you have chosen everything you want, hit "Continue" on the right-hand side of the screen, underneath your order summary.
8.) You may now choose any extra items you'd like to add to your order, like sodas or utensils. You can also specify if you would like to receive one of our Supermenubooks or if you only have a $100 bill that you will need change for. When you are done, hit "Continue" again.
9.) You may now add any additional comments for the restaurant, such as "no msg" or "not too spicy." restaurant, such as "no msg" or "not too spicy."
10.) Now, select your method of payment.
11.) Please review your order and remember to tip your driver! Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Remember that they spend, on average, 30-45 minutes
completing your order. This time includes waiting for the food at the
restaurant and driving it to your home. 15% Gratuities are customary.
And, if you order over $75 of food, a 15% gratuity is automatically
included.
**To
add a tip for your driver, just click the "add tip" button under your
order total on the order confirmation page, just before you hit the
"click to place order" button**
