5.) I've created an account, and have tried to place an order, but my order will not go through. What should I do?
ANSWER: If you have created an on-line account with Pony Express, and, after you hit "click to place order," your order does not go through, try the following. Go to the Pony Express home page, click "Place an order," and log-in with your username and password. Now, click "Place an order" again. You will now be asked to "Select a delivery location for a NEW ORDER." If there is no physical address listed there for your location, you must click "edit locations" and add your address. Once you have filled out the entire form and hit "update," you will be sent back to the "Delivery Locations" page. Here you need to click "Place an order" on the left-hand side of your screen, and than you will be able to actually select your delivery location. Unfortunately, you will need to replace your order again, but you should never have another problem in the future. Thanks!

ANSWER: The only was to do this on-line is to place a seperate order from each restaurant. Normally, if you called in and did this, we would offer a reduced $3.00 delivery fee for each additional restaurant you chose. If you choose to order on-line, you will not physically see this discount, but we will apply it.

8.) Should I tip my driver?
ANSWER: Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the drivers. Remember that they spend, on average, 30-45 minutes completing your order. This time includes waiting for the food at the restaurant and driving it to your home. 15% Gratuities are customary. And, if you order over $75 of food, a 15% gratuity is automatically included.

**To add a tip for your driver, just click the "add tip" button under your order total on the order confirmation page, just before you hit the "click to place order" button**

9.) I paid with a credit card, what is the convenience fee?
ANSWER: Our prices reflect a 3% discount for paying with cash. When you use a credit or debit card, this discount is added back onto your bill. This is the convenience fee.
